We are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.</p> <p>Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and qualified individuals to lead the school community in working with students with challenging behaviors. Ideal candidates will observe and analyze behavior patterns to understand challenges and strengths, create customized intervention strategies to improve skills and reduce problematic behaviors, teach parents, teachers, and staff how to implement behavior plans effectively, assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed; and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, empathy, and equity.</p> <p>Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education, ABA, or a related field; Valid state licensure for Intervention Specialist (mild/moderate or moderate/intense) preferred; Knowledge of and experience with students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to: learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and emotional/behavioral disorders; Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and colleagues; Commitment to ongoing professional growth.</p> <p>Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications; Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits package; State Teachers Retirement; School work schedule including Summers off with stretch pay; Mileage reimbursement; Professional development opportunities to support continuous growth; Collaborative and supportive work environment focused on student success.</p> <p>Application Timeline: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until positions are filled.
