This role reports directly to the CFO of Business Banking and will be responsible for leading and delivering critical initiatives for the CFO including acting as the Program Manager for the CCB Finance and Business Management (F&BM) People Agenda which is focused on enhancing employee experience and supporting career development and mobility with efforts organized under four strategic pillars.</p> <p>As a Business Manager in the Business Banking Finance organization, you will support the CCB Finance and Business Management People Agenda, you will engage with Senior Leaders across CCB F&BM to ensure that we are delivering on our People commitments across the 2,000 person organization. In support of Business Banking your book-of-work will be varied and will include Business Management support for the Business Banking CAO organization including business casing as well as other strategic efforts across the business. Outstanding problem-solving, financial analysis, and relationship-building skills will be key in supporting the CFO and collaborating across various teams.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Compile and report on CCB Finance OKRs; inclusive of key people metrics </li><li>Ensure the overall People Agenda strategy and efforts align with the established F&BM People OKRs and that we are effectively executing on our commitments to the organization and monitoring outcomes </li><li>Regularly connect with Pillar Senior Sponsors and provide support and guidance as needed </li><li>Partner closely with HR and Recruiting to ensure priorities for the CCB F&BM People Agenda are aligned with firmwide guidance and that we are effectively leveraging the best training, resources and metrics </li><li>Support the Business Banking CAO organization to ensure strong budgeting, organizational hygiene discipline and support any business casing needs </li><li>Effectively manage follow up items to ensure proper sequencing and completion </li><li>Communicate, interact with, and influence colleagues at all levels in the business including senior leaders </li><li>Handle confidential information in a professional manner </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of relevant experience in business management, management consulting, strategy, COO, CAO, banking or similar functions </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, or other related field </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and messaging </li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, prioritize requests, and follow through to completion </li><li>Demonstrated ability to respond quickly and effectively to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requests </li><li>Proven ability to partner and collaborate across business and functional stakeholders to drive execution and influence prioritization; excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Track record of establishing and meeting goals, driving enhancement opportunities, and presenting progress to stakeholder </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Management experience preferred given explicit priorities within the CCB F&BM People Agenda aligned with Manager Expectations </li></ul> <p>To be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
