The global agency works with some of the world's most valued brands including Aldi, Bank of America, Campbell's, Dunkin, Firestone, Jim Beam, Kellogg's, Nintendo, Tillamook and UnitedHealthcare among others.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Leo Chicago is in search of a collaborative and entrepreneurial Account Executive (AE) to support a new client at the agency within the membership-only warehouse club retail store sector. Given that this is a new client, this role will provide endless opportunities for this AE to help the leaders build the team from the ground up, both internally and externally. From establishing processes to cultivating a new team culture, this AE will be instrumental in making a contribution and setting the course for achieving high creative ambitions.</p> <p>This Account Executive will work with several cross-functional departments internally and cross-functional agency teams, gaining exposure to media, retail and digital expertise that all come together to build and launch fully integrated campaigns.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Leading channel-specific creative, such as TV, digital, social and more - from briefing to creative development to production - with close oversight from an Account Supervisor.</p> <p>Working with the media company to understand the media buys and accurately ship assets for launch.</p> <p>Task master of account operations that keep the team running smoothly (updating status, conference reports, managing invites, quality control of decks, file organization).</p> <p>Be a steward of the brand and quality control of the creative by knowing latest brand guidelines/latest client creative preferences.</p> <p>Speaking to junior-level clients on project updates/needs.</p> <p>Ability to filter client feedback/direction in a clear, actionable manner to the creative team. Along with speaking up in internal meetings to ensure all feedback is addressed.</p> <p>Competitive reports that get delivered to clients, along with general pulse on industry news to help the team stay current.</p> <p>Routing creative through legal and helping the internal team understand and apply their feedback.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Ideal Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Ideally 2 years of agency side experience contributing to fully integrated campaign development and productions (digital/social) </li><li>Doer! </li><li>Go-To Knowledge on the Account </li><li>Ability to build presentations </li><li>Great communicator - verbal, written, via conference reports, etc. </li><li>Mentor Assistant Account Executive </li><li>Contribute to brief development process alongside Strategist/Planner </li><li>Exposure to budget management </li></ul> <p>Ideal Traits:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborative </li><li>Positive </li><li>Agile </li><li>Persuasive </li><li>Willingness to learn and ask questions </li><li>Proactive </li><li>Relationship-oriented </li></ul> <p>Reporting Structure:</p> <p>Reports to: Account Supervisor</p> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
