You can include the link either on your resume or in a separate document uploaded to the additional documents section of the application.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <p>Coordinate and oversee the technical and production aspects of live media events, such as press conferences, digital shows or live interviews in order to ensure top quality on the Saints and Pelicans digital platforms Pre-show planning, including talent coordination, rundown building, managing overlays and graphics, while ensuring a seamless viewer experience Assist the content production team with shooting, editing, and producing content to support departmental needs Maintain, update, and circulate content and livestream calendar to internal stakeholders Layer elements and graphics packages simultaneous to running the live stream content Troubleshoot as livestream issues arise Travel to games as needed Other duties as assigned by Director or VP</p> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <p>3-5 years of experience from within a production, livestream, content or related field, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry Technical proficiency with live production software and hardware, i.e. Livestream and TVU Understanding of broadcast strategy and organizational goals within streaming, Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and on-air talent Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills Problem solving and ability to troubleshoot on the fly Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite Basic Experience with Audio/Video equipment Ability to work every Pelicans game which may fall during nights, weekends, and holidays</p> <p>All Candidates Should Have:</p> <p>Commitment to community and a people-first mindset Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to celebrate individuality and value diverse perspectives High integrity and a proactive, solutions-oriented "winning" mindset Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by games and the NFL and NBA schedules Must live in, or be willing to relocate to, New Orleans or the surrounding areas</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <p>Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance options 401K with employer contributions Paid parental leave PTO and paid holidays Wellness Program Relocation Assistance if applicable</p>
