<p>JobID: 210740393</p> <p>Category: Analysts</p> <p>JobSchedule: Full time</p> <p>Posted Date: 2026-04-24T16:50:13+00:00</p> <p>JobShift:</p> <p>Base Pay/Salary: San Francisco,CA $110,000.00-$110,000.00</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support senior bankers in the execution of private capital market deals, serving as a key member of deal teams. </li><li>Prepare and analyze financial models and projections tailored to private capital market transactions. </li><li>Assist in the development and refinement of marketing and execution materials to maximize client impact and engagement. </li><li>Conduct industry, company, and market research to support deal origination and execution. </li><li>Identify and assess risks associated with deals, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. </li><li>Coordinate with internal and external parties, including lawyers, accountants, and counterparties, to facilitate successful transactions. </li><li>Participate in client meetings, Q&A processes, and management interviews, supporting senior bankers and ensuring alignment with client objectives. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Prior internship or work experience in an investment banking front office role, with exposure to private capital markets preferred. </li><li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel modeling and valuation work. </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely. </li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with the aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions. </li><li>Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, assuming responsibility as a team member. </li><li>Professional and mature interaction with clients and colleagues, fostering strong relationships and trust. </li><li>Solid understanding of financial, legal, and reputational risks facing large integrated investment banks in today's environment. </li></ul>
