<p>DESCRIPTION</p> <p>The Client Solutions Manager is primarily responsible for establishing themselves as the "trusted expert", direct owner and serve as the main conduit between the company and our client. This individual will also be responsible for developing and supporting a positive relationship between the internal teams and the external client teams. The result will be driving sales of our clients' products at retail and growing their business relationship with the company.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Clarify client expectations for the leadership team and continually validate that we are meeting and exceeding outlined expectations. </li><li>Provide extensive, insightful analysis recommendations and product performance for assigned national and/or regional retail circuits. </li><li>Coordinate all new initiatives and client-specific reporting. </li><li>Integrate them into the business, attends all relevant meetings and works on further developing the relationship with external client teams. </li><li>Communicate confidently and concisely with executive-level contacts within the company, clients and assigned retail circuits while providing recommendations based on solid research and analysis. </li><li>Work collaboratively with the client account team to develop account plans and strategies. </li><li>Responsible for all client service issues. </li><li>Respond to and resolve issues in a timely manner, balancing customer satisfaction, quality, and relevance. </li><li>Manage the communication of client expectations throughout entire account team. </li><li>Collaborate with internal account leadership team to provide actionable strategy recommendations in order to drive sales in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor degree preferred</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years' experience working in the CE industry, supporting manufacturer or retailer initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Experience developing and managing others</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience that demonstrated sales skills with a retailer, broker, agency or major consumer</p> </li><li> <p>Products company.</p> </li><li> <p>Solid understanding of working with retail service organizations and in-store execution</p> </li></ul> <p>ABOUT US</p> <p>Premium Retail Services is a part of Acosta Group - a collective of the industry's most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.</p> <p>Since 1985, Premium has been a top provider of sales and merchandising services, reshaping retail through innovation and excellence for hundreds of renowned brands across retail categories.</p> <p>With 12,000+ employees across the U.S. and Canada, we are a people-first company, and we strive to ensure our team members enjoy their jobs, feel valued, and emulate our core beliefs - that's why we frequently promote from within.
