We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified locations.</p> <p>This position will lead a team of back-office operations professionals within Trust and Custody Services supporting company sponsored retirement plans through the Retirement Business Services and Retirement Plan Services channels. This position will work closely with staff and leadership to help advance operations through day-to-day complex processing and operational tasks, business transformation efforts, delivering service and client experience for all clients, as well as providing a controlled and focused environment that allows our associates to feel valued and engaged.</p> <p>The purpose of the Revenue Management team within Trust and Custody Services is to own the invoicing of client accounts and revenue collection, calculation and payment of share holder servicing payments, and various regulatory reporting.
