<p>Western High School</p> <p>Position Announcement</p> <p>JOB TITLE: WHS ECA Treasurer</p> <p>Reports to: Principal and Director of Finance</p> <p>Days: Per Support Staff Packet</p> <p>Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour</p> <p>Location: High School</p> <p>Evaluated by: Annually by High School Principal</p> <p>JOB PURPOSE: Serve as ECA Treasurer for Western High School and work with finance office on duties to be assigned</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ol> <li> <p>Process all SA-8 Summary Collections forms (Deposits)</p> </li><li> <p>Enter and process all daily receipts</p> </li><li> <p>Process all Purchase Order requests (CAP)</p> </li><li> <p>Process all SA-7 Claims for Payments/Checks (CPA)</p> </li><li> <p>Banking (First Farmer's Bank & Trust - Russiaville)</p> </li><li> <p>Process Athletic ECA Payroll</p> </li><li> <p>Enter new student workers in the Indiana Department of Labor (IDOL) website</p> </li><li> <p>Provide training/information to new and current ECA sponsors</p> </li><li> <p>Purchase order requisitions</p> </li><li> <p>Place ECA orders with Amazon and Sam's Club online orders</p> </li><li> <p>Manage past due student costs</p> </li><li> <p>Distribute monthly fund reports to all club sponsors and WHS Principal</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and submit form 7230F1 for donations to ECA of $100 or over</p> </li><li> <p>New vendor packets.</p> </li><li> <p>Annual reports</p> </li></ol> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>Four-year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> <p>Interested candidates should apply online at www.western.k12.in.us by December 12th, 2025.
