<p>Oncology Clinical Research Nurse</p> <p>The Oncology Clinical Research Nurse plans, coordinates, evaluates, and performs nursing care for research participants, collecting data for assigned projects. They follow study protocols, communicate with Principal Investigators (PI), Sub-Investigators (Sub-I), Clinical Research Lead, and support staff, advocating for patients while adhering to FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Deliver safe care, respecting participant dignity.</p> <p>Maintain clinical competencies (physical assessment, phlebotomy, IV insertion).</p> <p>Follow Universal Precautions and HIPAA regulations.</p> <p>Maintain a clean clinical space, perform set-up and turnover procedures.</p> <p>Participate in training programs to maintain licensure.</p> <p>Communicate effectively with healthcare team, patients, investigators, sponsors, and administration.</p> <p>Review informed consent documents with study candidates/legal representatives.</p> <p>Manage multiple clinical trial protocols, perform accurate documentation.</p> <p>Handle records, study medication, and test articles securely.</p> <p>Promote PI oversight, report deviations and issues.</p> <p>Coordinate support staff, lab technicians, and assistants.</p> <p>Skills & Qualifications:</p> <p>MUST have 3 years of Oncology Nursing experience</p> <p>MUST have experience creating care plans</p> <p>Active State of Florida Registered Nurse license</p> <p>Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing</p> <p>Active BLS CPR certification</p> <p>Demonstrated skills in clinical competencies including physical assessment, phlebotomy, IV insertion, and administration of investigational drugs</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $98000.00/yr.</p> <p>Benefits from Day One</p> <p>Paid Days Off from Day One</p> <p>Student Loan Repayment Program</p> <p>Career Development</p> <p>Whole Person Wellbeing Resources</p> <p>Mental Health Resources and Support</p> <p>Pet Insurance*</p> <p>Workplace Type</p> <p>This is a fully onsite position in Altamonte Springs,FL.</p> <p>Application Deadline</p> <p>This position is anticipated to close on May 16, 2025.</p> <p>About Actalent</p> <p>Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
