In this role, you will manage projects in all areas of manufacturing and facilities and provide technical support. Secure this opportunity-apply today to become a valuable asset of their team!</p> <p>Salary: $ $80,000 - $90,000 + bonus potential based off of production, safety and other goals/KPI metrics.</p> <p>Schedule: 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. </li><li>Provide accurate and competitive quotes for new business opportunities. </li><li>Determine processes, materials, and design/build fixtures for manufacturing. </li><li>Create assembly instructions for new products. </li><li>Conduct time and motion studies to set production standards and improve efficiency. </li><li>Ensure engineering activities meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. </li><li>Collaborate with customers and engineers on product design and tooling. </li><li>Work with vendors on part specifications and equipment/material purchases. </li><li>Estimate production times, staffing needs, and costs for management planning. </li><li>Coordinate with management and staff on production capabilities and schedules. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or equivalent education/experience. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. </li><li>Experience with processes such as welding, plating, heat treating, and assembly. </li></ul> <p>This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits that will be provided upon being hired by our client.</p> <p>Shape your future with us and join a team that enables others to succeed.
