<p>The Dispensary Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations in the dispensary, including aiding the Dispensary Manager, meeting patron's expectations for quality & service and cash handling. The main responsibilities of the Dispensary Supervisor include accountability for accurately utilizing state NJMMP site and Point-Of-Sales system, daily register balances, and product inventory; troubleshooting patient-related discrepancies; and maintaining a smooth flow of operation on a daily basis.</p> <p>Duties/Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Understanding of company's rules and CRC regulations </li><li>Assist potential patients with registering or reregistering into Medical program. </li><li>Maintain member records in compliance with State law and Company policy </li><li>Partnering with the EHT/AC Dispensary Manager, expectation to minimally achieve /ideally exceed monthly, quarterly and annual budget goals </li><li>Continuing education on using cannabis for appropriate various treatments and ongoing industry news; </li><li>Assisting Dispensary Manager in inventory control and ensuring compliance; Performing all receiving, transferring, </li></ul> <p>reporting, reconciling and inventory management functions within seed-to-sale software daily</p> <ul> <li>Monitors dispensary for a variety of factors including but not limited to flow, staffing needs, quality of service, inventory </li></ul> <p>changes, atmosphere, and security</p> <ul> <li>Ensures all items are correctly priced in POS system and have accurate price tags displayed; oversight of loyalty programs, correct application of discounts in patron's transactions </li><li>Reviewing employee schedules and following all time keeping policies including scheduling breaks and lunches within </li></ul> <p>company policy guidelines; enacting disciplinary actions when required</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for actively listening, establishing rapport with staff and patients, resolving conflicts, and overall relationship building with staff, Management, and patients </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment inside and outside the facility </li></ul> <p>Competencies</p> <ol> <li> <p>Outstanding phone and in-person customer service skills</p> </li><li> <p>Thriving to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay even keeled in periods of stress</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated proactivity, flexibility, adaptability and multi-tasking</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct</p> </li><li> <p>Skill in accurate cash management and inventory control</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Managerial skills with firm understanding of company policies/procedures/SOPs</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to effectively plan and prioritize</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to focus; attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work effectively as part of a team</p> </li><li> <p>Absolute reliability and honesty</p> </li></ol>
