<p>Human Resources Business Partner</p> <p>Greenwood Village, CO</p> <p>Title: Human Resources Business Partner</p> <p>State: Colorado</p> <p>Reports to: Senior Director of Human Resources</p> <p>Supervises: Single Contributor N/A</p> <p>FLSA: Exempt</p> <p>Department: Human Resources</p> <p>Revision/Creation Date: January 1, 2026</p> <p>Pay Range: $70,000-$85,000</p> <p>Position Mission: The?Employee Relations Specialist?will play a crucial role in?assisting?the HR team in aligning business?objectives?with employees and management. The candidate will?be?responsible for?the?equitable?application of employment law and company policies within the workplace?and will?serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, act as an employee champion, and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.</p> <p>Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Function as a Human Resources?leader, advisor and direct point of contact?in regards to?people related strategies that?include;?policy and procedure compliance, performance management, employee relations,?succession?planning and?retention. </li><li>Demonstrate subject matter expertise for their respective territories by ensuring compliance to mandatory labor laws, acts, and fair practices; is always abreast and proactive to upcoming changes for the city, state, and federal labor statutes or by-laws that impact and protect our people and company;?and "go-to" expert on team member?relations. </li><li>Coach Operations leadership on employee relations matters to promote a?people?first culture and achieve a resolution without litigation. </li><li>Advise and?assist?in disciplinary matters. Provide guidance on proper application of Company policies and procedures. </li><li>Conduct investigations involving high liability (sexual harassment, discrimination,?hour?and wage, EEO) Team Member complaints and disputes and prepare documentation of issues to decrease third party claims </li><li>Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and?assist?with issue resolution. </li><li>Assist?in?maintaining?HR compliance by keeping abreast of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. </li><li>Ensure?accurate?and up-to-date employee records and documentation. </li><li>Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and employee engagement. </li><li>Collaborate with HR team members to drive HR-related projects to completion. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. </li><li>1-3 years of HR experience. </li><li>Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to?establish?and maintain strong relationships. </li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. </li><li>Bilingual - Spanish/English - required </li></ul> <p>Other Attributes:</p> <ul> <li>Must be a self-starter, process and solutions focused </li><li>Enthusiastic and strong driver of the company's Mission and Core Values </li><li>Remain positive in high pressure and stressful situations </li><li>Demonstrates critical thinking,?communication?and relationship-building skills </li><li>Action oriented </li><li>Independent problem solver </li><li>Takes initiative to learn and ability to work independently without regular direction </li><li>Understands what it takes to be successful in a matrixed organization and get stuff done </li></ul> <p>Travel:</p> <ul> <li>Travel potentially up to?75%;?25% out of his or her home market </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Bonus - Potential 100% Discretionary Bonus. </li><li>Medical Insurance - Eligible 1st of month after 60 days. </li><li>401K Plan - Eligible after one year. </li><li>Vacation - Two weeks after one year. </li><li>Sick Leave - Granted per State requirement. </li><li>Cell Phone allowance- $100/month. </li><li>Vehicle Allowance - Vehicle allowance paid by 3rd party provider. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands: Standard office work environment. The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during working hours.
