<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back. </li><li>Appropriately use all related equipment and point of sale systems. </li><li>Understand and adhere to all cash and comp handling procedures and policies. </li><li>Accurately collect payment for meals and give change when needed. Must be 18 years of age to sell alcoholic beverages. </li><li>Answer phone calls, greet guests, keep track of seat availability and seat guests in restaurant. </li><li>Assists wait staff, to include bussing and resetting tables. </li><li>Roll silverware, set up food stations or dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties. </li><li>Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations. </li><li>Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner. </li><li>Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same. </li><li>Handle routine guest complaints and incidents and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships. </li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management. </li></ul> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
