As a trusted name in commercial lending, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, competitive loan products, and a smooth financing process.</p> <p>We are growing and looking for a motivated, results-driven Loan Officer to join our team!</p> <p>Compensation & Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Base Salary: $50,000 annually (commensurate with experience) </li><li>Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based bonuses available </li><li>Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, Life, 401(k) , Paid time off and 6 paid holidays </li><li>Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM </li><li>Location: On-site at 4746 Old Scioto Trail, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662 </li></ul> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>As a Loan Officer at Glockner Finance, you will play a key role in helping our clients secure financing for commercial trucks, trailers, equipment, and working capital. You'll manage the lending process from application through funding, provide excellent customer service, and maintain strong client relationships.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping businesses succeed.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage a pipeline of loan applications from initial inquiry through closing. </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their financing needs. </li><li>Present and explain loan products and recommend financing solutions that align with client goals. </li><li>Analyze client credit reports, financial statements, and supporting documents to assess creditworthiness. </li><li>Ensure loan documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory guidelines. </li><li>Work closely with underwriting, credit, and funding teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process. </li><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the company's overall growth. </li><li>Stay informed about lending products, industry trends, and regulatory updates. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a Loan Officer, Credit Analyst, or related role in financial services. </li><li>Knowledge of lending practices, credit analysis, and underwriting procedures. </li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. </li><li>Experience in commercial lending or equipment financing is a plus, especially within the trucking and transportation sectors. </li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems and loan origination software is preferred. </li></ul>
