<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <ul> <li>Vertiv is hiring a SIOP Manager - Americas in Westerville, OH as a workstream leader to facilitate and drive results in SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operational Planning) process across assigned lines of businesses to improve KPIs performance. </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Lead assigned Lines of Business SIOP process and deliver an aligned Consensus Plan for executive review and appropriate signoffs. </li><li>Manage Lead assigned Lines for Business SIOP Demand and Supply alignment analytics, tools and create desired outputs, views, presentations, and insights to aid in an informed recommendation. </li><li>Facilitate required SIOP meetings working closely with Sales Operations, Offering Management, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and other cross functional groups. </li><li>Participate in partnership with the Demand Planning and the Material and Capacity SIOP element leaders for a robust understanding of unconstrained demand plan and constrained plan for the formation of the recommended consensus plan for executive review. </li><li>Partner with assigned LOB leaders and offering manager to ensure informed plan formation, including product lifecycle events and transitions, and plan agreement. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Sales Operations, or Strategic Sourcing. </li><li>5-10 years of experience with end-to-end sales, inventory, operations and planning experience. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. </li><li>Proficient in MS Office. </li><li>Work independently, solve problems, and multi-task. </li><li>Strong leadership skills. </li><li>Intermediate or higher level of order processing systems, inventory software. </li><li>APICS or CPM Certification preferred. </li><li>Ability to bring structure to ill-defined problems and intellectual leadership to problem solving; synthesize insights from analysis and ensure credible, actionable recommendations. </li><li>Ability to develop rapport and credibility across the organization, promote ideas persuasively; ability to manage situations including senior leaders and external groups. </li><li>Experience with channel product sales is a plus. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>No special physical requirements. </li></ul> <p>TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>10% </li></ul> <p>The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.</p> <p>OUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
