It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.</p> <p>About the role</p> <p>The Packaging Operator works as a high-performance team member supporting all aspects of team performance to produce a high-quality product in a safe environment while complying to all Haleon policies and procedures in accordance with FDA regulations.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Operate the packaging lines in the packaging department daily.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform routine quality checks to ensure that the products are in accordance with the specification.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform routine safety checks to ensure that the equipment is in a safe condition for operation.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure processes quality and compliance in accordance with established procedures and standards of the Quality System.</p> </li><li> <p>Comply with and support the Haleon Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Achieve Performance target for Packaging Lines.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in RCA for deviations.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in RCA for problems/breakdowns that occur on equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform and assist with preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance on packaging production lines.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform and assist with packaging production lines change overs to meet department needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform and assist with 5S and cleaning activities to always meet good manufacturing practices.</p> </li><li> <p>SAP functions-Batch reconciliation, Cycle Count, Material Movements, Confirmation, and Inventory control.</p> </li></ul> <p>Why you?</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED.</p> </li><li> <p>1 year of experience in a production environment.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Technical Degree or Certification.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in high-speed packaging environment and troubleshooting skills.</p> </li><li> <p>SAP experience.</p> </li></ul> <p>Location: St. Louis, MO.</p> <p>Shift: Monday - Thursday 8PM - 6:30AM</p> <p>This job posting closes on: December 19th, 2025.</p> <p>Please save a copy of the job description, as this may be helpful to refer to once the advert closes.</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Haleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
