Experience in Azure Boards/JIRA/Confluence a plus</p> <p>Functional skills: Insurance Annuities domain with FAST Admin Platform</p> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <p>Lead cross-functional production support team, manage incident resolution across key business applications leveraging FAST (Verisk) Annuity platform.</p> <p>Ensure SLAs, track KPIs and service levels for the team.</p> <p>Optimize resolution processes and enhance system uptime.
