<p>Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking an Associate Director - Network Services for a remote role.</p> <p>Summary: The Associate Director of Network Services is responsible for the strategy, architecture, and operations of the company's global network infrastructure, enabling digital infrastructure and applications across our global footprint-including factories, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments. This leader will oversee a diverse global team of network engineers and operations professionals to design, optimize, and deliver solutions that maximize performance, resiliency, security, and ease of access for employees and partners. The Associate Director will partner closely with global stakeholders to align network solutions with strategic, operational, and financial priorities, while proactively managing practices related to technology architecture, operational execution, and continuous improvement.. This position reports to the Executive Director of Infrastructure.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Define and execute the global network services strategy aligned with digital transformation goals </li><li>Develop a multi-year roadmap for modernization, automation, and cloud integration </li><li>Champion innovation through emerging technologies such as AIOps, SD-WAN, and advanced telemetry </li><li>Oversee network architecture standards and ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements </li><li>Drive design and optimization of solutions across routing, switching, global WAN, cloud connectivity, VPN services, internet security, and firewall protection </li><li>Provide executive oversight for global network operations, including 24/7/365 NOC </li><li>Ensure robust incident response, problem management, and root cause analysis processes </li><li>Partner with cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure and resilient network services </li><li>Establish governance frameworks leveraging ITIL/ITSM best practices* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred </li><li>10-15+ years of experience in network services leadership roles within global enterprises </li><li>Deep technical expertise in WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, wireless, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) </li><li>Proven ability to lead large, distributed teams and manage complex global environments </li><li>Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and governance best practices </li><li>Ability to align technology strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>MBA or advanced degree preferred </li><li>Certifications: CCNP, CCDP, or equivalent </li><li>Experience with large-scale network transformations and cloud migrations </li><li>Strong vendor management and negotiation skills </li><li>Familiarity with AIOps and advanced network observability tools </li></ul>
