DOE</p> <p>Keyword's: #Livoniajobs; #Analystjobs.</p> <p>Start Date: Immediate</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The CAE Analyst II (Multi-Body Dynamics - MBD) performs multi-body dynamic simulations to solve real</p> <p>world engineering problems in the automotive, aerospace, entertainment, and industrial segments. The</p> <p>CAE Analyst II (MBD) builds engineering-dynamics models, runs simulations, generates reports, and</p> <p>presents the results to internal customers.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Build MBD models for various applications in the automotive, aerospace, and entertainment </li></ul> <p>industries using commercial CAE tools such as ADAMS.</p> <ul> <li>Run MBD simulations to convergence, postprocess results, and provide engineering analysis. </li><li>Develop detailed reports to support customer presentations. </li><li>Develop Python scripts for workflow automation. </li><li>Learn new CAE tools and techniques quickly. </li><li>Manage analysis files according to company data-retention policies. </li><li>Collaborate with various groups within the CAE department to enhance predictive accuracy and </li></ul> <p>reduce development cycles.</p> <ul> <li>Able to execute projects with minimum guidance, including direct communication with </li></ul> <p>customers, and develop effective design solutions utilizing CAE tools.</p> <ul> <li>Effectively handle more than one project simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality </li></ul> <p>deliverables.</p> <ul> <li>Support new technology and process development. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience (required):</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with coursework in Kinematics, </li></ul> <p>Dynamics, Vibration, and Numerical methods.</p> <ul> <li>Experience in Kinematics and Dynamics modeling. </li><li>1-3 years of MBD modeling experience. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience (preferred):</p> <ul> <li>Master"s or Ph.D. in Engineering, Physics or Mathematics. </li><li>Experience in writing process automation using Excel VBA and C functions. </li><li>U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident allowing for International Traffic in Arms Regulations </li></ul> <p>(ITAR) compliance.</p> <p>Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (required):</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of mechanical systems, 2D and 3D mechanisms, automotive suspensions, and </li></ul> <p>vibration isolation principles.</p> <ul> <li>Good attention to detail and ability to use hand calculations and free body diagrams to validate </li></ul> <p>input and results.</p> <ul> <li>Excellent problem-solving ability. </li></ul> <p>Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (preferred):</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in multi-body simulation software (ADAMS, MATLAB, SIMPACK. etc.). </li><li>Experience with full vehicle MBD models. </li><li>Experience with real-world data integration and experimental validation. </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
