Attention to detail and care with our customer's units is vital. Our goal is to have showroom-floor ready vehicles to dealers upon arrival.</p> <p>Full Time| Direct Hire | Clean & Safe | Advancement Opportunities</p> <p>Hours: 2nd shift - 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM</p> <p>Pay: $16.25 - $21.00/hour Pay is based on piece rate</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Medical/Dental/Vision/life Insurance (30-day probation period)</p> <p>401k Matching, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays (90-day probation period)</p> <p>Job Responsibilities/Duties</p> <ul> <li>Final assembly of units at rate to meet customer quality and delivery expectations. </li><li>Maintaining safe and clean work environment by complying with policies & procedures. </li><li>Able to stand 8 - 10 hours per day. </li><li>Ability to work extra hours or shifts based upon customer production requirements. </li><li>Use of mechanic basic hand tools. </li><li>Some overtime may be required. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must pass all pre-employment requirements. </li><li>Good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity. </li><li>Must be able to speak and read English fluently. </li></ul> <p>Custom Assembly is an Equal Opportunity Employer who participates in the E-Verify process.
