<p>Position Description</p> <p>The Vice President of Graduate and Professional Student Affairs and Enrollment (VP) will oversee a broad suite of programs serving adult learners and totaling approximately $50M in annual revenue. They are responsible for all aspects of marketing, enrollment, and student services for close to 3,000 students across graduate, doctoral, bachelor completion, and certificate programs. Reporting to the COO and working closely with academic leadership and other members of the President's Cabinet, they are a primary strategist and innovator and are responsible for growing enrollment in forty existing campus-based and online programs while also overseeing the Division of Professional Studies that focuses on certificate and bachelor completion programs.</p> <p>Responsibilities Include</p> <ul> <li>Ensure that program marketing budgets are adequately developed, that campaigns are dynamic and support the annual enrollment goals for respective programs, and that best practices in digital marketing are monitored and implemented. Work closely with the VP of Marketing and Communications and their team to ensure that the Regis brand and competitive advantage is reflected across all marketing channels and campaigns. </li><li>Project enrollment and revenue for each program individually and hone projections throughout the year. Analyze and adjust pricing for each program against the program's ROI and the marketplace. </li><li>Work with academic leadership to identify, research, and create new in-demand programs across all adult-serving degree categories. Integrate pathways to graduate programs within undergraduate majors to consolidate time-to-degree. </li><li>Oversee admissions teams for the respective degree programs, ensuring that technology is utilized to maximize operational efficiencies and that best practices are implemented. </li><li>Oversee student services teams for the respective programs with a focus on retention, including but not limited to expanding the role of professional advisors and career services. </li><li>Serve as a primary strategist in determining an ideal mix of modality (online, hybrid, and on campus learning) for the respective programs and continually hone formats to retain a competitive advantage. </li><li>Oversee the OPM contract that drives over half of total gross revenue in the division, including participating in significant contract renegotiations. </li><li>Serve as a primary contact for academic program directors and collaborate with them to continually update programs, pricing, marketing approach, and program formats. </li></ul> <p>Division of Professional Studies</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the Professional Studies division that houses existing and new certificates (credit and non-credit), bachelor's degree completion, and other stackable credentials to serve the adult working population. Collaborate closely with the Dean of the Division of Professional Studies to perform market analysis on new programs and ensure that the content addresses employer needs and that the format and pricing model is competitive and oriented towards working adults. </li><li>Work with academic leadership to ensure that barriers to student enrollment and success are eliminated, including but not limited to streamlining transfer credit evaluation processes and credit for life experience and building clear paths from certificates to graduate and doctoral degrees. </li><li>Manage OPM and other marketing and enrollment vendors that support both B2C and B2B enrollment strategies. </li><li>Build new admissions and student services/advising teams to exclusively support the new programs. </li></ul> <p>Other Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure that the key tenets of Regis' competitive advantage and mission is reflected in all programs and student services, including that they be industry focused, expand access to underserved populations, and contribute to the common good. </li><li>Represent the university and President at public forums and with external industry groups. </li><li>Serve as a primary outward face of Regis within the employer community to promote programs and to continually solicit feedback and input on evolving workforce needs. </li><li>Contribute to university-wide strategic and operational decisions as a member of the President's Cabinet </li><li>Interface regularly with board members across multiple committees related to enrollment and student services. </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibility</p> <ul> <li>Direct reports include the AVP of Graduate and Professional Student Affairs, the Dean of Graduate Admission, the Director of Online Operations, and the Online Business Systems Administrator. Broad responsibility for the collective Graduate and Professional Studies Affairs teams: thirteen employees. Fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Regis College's policies and applicable laws. Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints; and resolve problems. </li></ul>
