This position is scheduled as on-site.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Accountant will own the full cycle billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance for grants and financial data </li><li>Deliver timely, insightful financial reporting and strategic guidance to leadership </li><li>Lead client communications for billing, onboarding, and collections with professionalism and empathy </li><li>Drive process improvements, recommend internal controls, and support audits and accreditations </li><li>Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly billing metrics and grant reports to support decision-making </li><li>As an Accountant, you will contribute to annual budget preparation, forecasting, and long-term planning </li><li>Provide cross-training and support to team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required </li><li>3-5 years of experience preferred (nonprofit or healthcare a plus) </li><li>Strong working knowledge of accounts receivable, billing, grant compliance, and GAAP </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, QuickBooks Online, and related accounting software </li><li>Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills </li><li>Commitment to confidentiality, reliability, and making sound financial decisions </li></ul>
