<p>This is a temporary position.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Supporting Tax Department Operations Position Summary The Temporary Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the compliance group of the tax department from 9/29/2025 through 10/17/2025. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling confidential information. The position requires strong technical proficiency, particularly with PeopleSoft, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities seamlessly.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Process check requests and invoices using PeopleSoft with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with internal controls and timelines.</p> <p>Coordinate the assembly and mailing of tax documents to relevant tax agencies, closely tracking deadlines and ensuring timely delivery via certified mail with delivery tracking to guarantee secure and timely delivery. Print tax returns for signature, track their status, and scan signed documents into the appropriate systems for secure recordkeeping.</p> <p>Work collaboratively with the print center to coordinate large-scale tax return print jobs, including preparation, proofing, and distribution logistics. Monitor and actively update advisor trackers to document workflow progress, provide status updates to management, and support project transparency. Maintain meticulous records and filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and adherence to compliance standards.</p> <p>Qualifications & Requirements</p> <p>Proficient in PeopleSoft, especially for check requests and invoice processing. Experience in coordinating mailings (via certified mail) and document management (printing, scanning, electronic filing). Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, advisors, and external vendors. Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.</p> <p>Duration and Schedule This is a temporary, full-time, in office position.
