Our team provides wrap-around support - from financial coaching and career training to youth programs, affordable housing, and wellness services - that empowers individuals and families to reach their goals.</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>We're seeking a strategic and mission-driven Chief Systems Officer (CSO) to lead JBNC's enterprise systems and data strategy. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and organizational impact.</p> <p>The CSO will ensure our systems are integrated, secure, and effectively used to support decision-making and community outcomes.
