Join us today.</p> <p>Position Specific Description</p> <p>NextEra Energy's Aviation Department seeks a highly skilled Sr. Aviation Maintenance Technician to provide comprehensive maintenance support for our corporate aircraft fleet. This role requires an FAA A&P License, 5+ years aviation maintenance experience (corporate/business aircraft preferred), strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment while handling confidential information. Key responsibilities include performing scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, conducting inspections and troubleshooting, applying MEL requirements, collaborating with pilots and maintenance teams, and maintaining accurate documentation.
