<p>Job Description Summary</p> <p>The Operational Execution Leader will be responsible for supporting the management of the overall Detailed Engineering Plan (DEP) and Earned Value Management (EVM) for a military Next Generation Program.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Roles and Responsibilities</p> <p>As the Operational Execution Leader, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Understand status of engineering execution per the DEP with the assistance of the Certified Account Managers (CAMs). </li><li>Collaboratively resolve conflicts with the schedule and workload </li><li>Proactively communicate with Operations Leadership and assist with preparation of program operating meetings </li><li>Support the creation visual board information to effectively communicate program status and other valuable information to the team </li><li>Identify and lead productivity projects for the program </li><li>Lead engineering process improvement initiatives across Edison Works programs </li><li>Provide lean and GE Aerospace operating rhythm support and guidance to the engineering team </li><li>Obtain and maintain government security clearance at Secret level and work within a controlled secure environment </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or related discipline. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering </li><li>Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
