Occasional travel may be required.Required Qualifications2 or more years of experience leading work across stakeholders outside of your immediate team2 or more years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy product design and developmentAt least 1 year of experience managing or prioritizing multiple projects at the same timeExperience in consulting, healthcare services, corporate strategy, healthcare innovation, or similar environmentsAbility to communicate program goals, results, and recommendations clearly to diverse audiencesPreferred QualificationsExperience working with remote or distributed teamsExposure to innovation, pilot programs, or scaling new healthcare solutionsChange management experienceFamiliarity with population health concepts, patient access strategies, or pharmacy care modelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience building business cases or assessing program performanceEducationBachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience.Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
