This role supports the development of new solutions and the improvement of existing programs, with a focus on serving underserved patient populations.You will partner closely with pharmacy, clinical, and enterprise teams to pilot new ideas, assess results, and help scale programs that make a meaningful impact for patients and the business.What sets this role apartOpportunity to work on new pharmacy solutions from early design through launchFlexible work arrangement, including hybrid or fully remote optionsRoles and ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, pilot, and scaling of pharmacy programs focused on patient access and engagementContribute to the pharmacy product roadmap aligned to population health and patient needsBuild program frameworks, tools, and best practices to support consistent rollout across marketsPartner with cross-functional teams to review performance, identify improvements, and incorporate pharmacist and patient feedbackDevelop clear presentations and business cases that explain program value and impact to leadership and partnersThis role may be hybrid or fully remote. Occasional travel may be required.Required Qualifications2 or more years of experience leading work across stakeholders outside of your immediate team2 or more years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy product design and developmentAt least 1 year of experience managing or prioritizing multiple projects at the same timeExperience in consulting, healthcare services, corporate strategy, healthcare innovation, or similar environmentsAbility to communicate program goals, results, and recommendations clearly to diverse audiencesPreferred QualificationsExperience working with remote or distributed teamsExposure to innovation, pilot programs, or scaling new healthcare solutionsChange management experienceFamiliarity with population health concepts, patient access strategies, or pharmacy care modelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience building business cases or assessing program performanceEducationBachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience.Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
