<p>The Facility Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Performing routine inspections of the facility and yard to identify maintenance needs. </li><li>Inspecting and maintaining facility equipment, such as generators, pumps, and HVAC systems. </li><li>Replacing light bulbs, filters, and other consumable items as needed </li><li>Performing basic carpentry and painting tasks to maintain the facility's appearance. </li><li>Performing regular lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs on machinery. </li><li>Coordinating with external vendors for specialized equipment servicing. </li><li>Managing the disposal of waste and recyclables in accordance with local regulations. </li><li>Ensuring proper labeling and containment of hazardous materials if applicable. </li><li>Ensuring proper practice all safety standards and protocols while performing work. </li><li>Monitoring and reporting any security concerns or unauthorized access to the premises. </li><li>Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate maintenance efforts. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Disclaimer</p> <p>The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
