<p>Kforce has a client in Johnston, RI that is searching for an experienced Global, Manager Internal Audit - IT. This role is hybrid, 4 days in the office and one day remote.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement the global internal audit strategy, ensuring alignment with the organizational overall objective </li><li>Conduct risk assessments to identify key risk facing the organization and prioritize audit activities </li><li>Prepare and execute the annual internal audit plan focusing on high-risk areas and ensuring comprehensive coverage of the organization's operations </li><li>Manage IT related professional development for all financial/operational auditors </li><li>Oversee audit engagements from planning to reporting, including fieldwork and data analysis </li><li>Prepare detailed audit reports, presenting findings and provide recommendations to senior management </li><li>Collaborate with management and business units to address audit findings </li><li>Monitor relevant laws, regulations and industry standards </li><li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities </li><li>Leverage technology and data analytics tools to improve audit effectiveness and efficiency* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field </li><li>10+ years of experience in information technology, including IT audit and/or IT risk/compliance function for a large size company </li><li>Extensive experience in internal auditing, risk management, or compliance, preferably in a global or multinational environment </li><li>Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams and IT projects </li><li>General knowledge of financial and managerial accounting concepts and underlying principles, and general business operations </li><li>Understanding of global business operations </li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and provide insights </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills </li></ul>
