<p>Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams. Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. We launched in March 2021 and have raised +$70m from world-class venture capital groups including Avenir, Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures.</p> <p>This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in New York City.</p> <p>The Role</p> <p>Air is looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Director of Sales to lead and scale our Sales team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role reporting to the VP of Revenue. You will manage and coach a team of Account Executives, own the success of our pre-sales motion, and build playbooks that will fuel our next 10x growth in the mid-market segment.</p> <p>This role is ideal for an ambitious sales leader who can balance strategic thinking with fast, ruthless execution day to day and thrives in highly fast-paced, ambiguous environment.</p> <p>Sales Leadership & Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Execute Air's go-to-market sales strategy to drive ARR growth and expand market share across agencies, marketing teams, and creative-driven enterprises. </li><li>Build and manage a high-performing team of AEs; recruit, onboard, coach, and hold accountable against aggressive targets. </li></ul> <p>Revenue Growth</p> <ul> <li>Drive consistent pipeline generation, qualification, and deal closure. </li><li>Own SMB & MM sales motions with a top performing sales team. </li></ul> <p>Market Expansion</p> <ul> <li>Identify and prioritize verticals where Air's strengths provide competitive advantage. </li><li>Expand Air's reach in key verticals by identifying and targeting top-tier brands for strategic growth. </li></ul> <p>Operational Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Establish sales plays, optimize funnel stages, and refine forecasting models. </li><li>Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure GTM alignment and customer feedback loops. </li></ul>
