<p>Title: Junior UAT Tester</p> <p>Location: Charlotte, NC</p> <p>Minneapolis, MN</p> <p>Duration: 24 months</p> <p>Work Engagement: W2</p> <p>Benefits on offer for this contract position: Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute user acceptance test plans and test cases in collaboration with product managers, developers, and business analysts </li><li>Perform thorough testing of applications-especially International Payments systems-to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects </li><li>Document and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve them using Octane and JIRA </li><li>Generate and analyze test reports to provide insights on testing outcomes and application quality </li><li>Participate in review sessions with business users and technology to validate functionality and gather feedback </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. </li><li>1-2 years of experience in UAT or QA testing, preferably in financial services </li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies </li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Octane, JIRA is critical </li><li>Proficiency in SQL is a plus </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail </li><li>Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills </li></ul>
