<p>The opportunity</p> <p>Patina Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager at Tutto Italia, located at a well known theme park in Orlando. The AGM plays a vital role in the success of Tutto Italia, a high-volume operation. The venue includes a full-service restaurant, a bar area offering the complete menu with a traditional bar, and two satellite locations separate from the main building. The AGM is responsible for driving sales, ensuring smooth operations across all service areas, and upholding the highest standards of guest experience, team development, and operational excellence.</p> <p>Pay</p> <p>Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 - $110,600 / year</p> <p>In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
