<p>Description</p> <p>Job Title: E-Filing Representative</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Performs various legal and clerical duties in support of the Attorneys and Legal Department functions. The person hired for this position will ultimately gain a substantial knowledge of all court and office procedures, rules and authority and litigation process subject to general supervision. An analytical, confident, self-starter with a willingness to learn. Work closely with the calendaring team to meet all internal e-filing timelines.</p> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Navigate through the E-filing Portals </li><li>Manage E-filing Calendar </li><li>Prepare pleadings for uploading </li><li>Upload cases for electronic filing while maintaining accuracy of work through daily reports and follow up </li><li>Print accepted filings and send for service </li><li>Be well versed on all processes and procedures, such as E-filing timelines and coding </li><li>Ensure quality of work while maintaining quantity of work </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <p>A minimum of 1-year experience in a legal, banking or business field is required.</p> <p>A college degree is a plus.</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent oral and written communication </li><li>Must be proficient in Excel and Word </li><li>Detail oriented </li><li>Multi tasker </li><li>Ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information. </li><li>Highly organized </li><li>Self-Starter </li><li>Flexible </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Blitt and Gaines, P.C. offers PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical Benefits, Competitive Salary and 401k and profit sharing plans!
