<p>About the Team: The HR operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a full-time, hybrid role in our Los Angeles office.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and reconcile tax amounts between the payroll registers and the payroll system (ADP Global View). </li><li>Research and complete employee tax adjustments including W2cs, review of tax exemption applications, and mobility and visa questions. </li><li>Work with federal, state and local tax authorities to resolve and respond to tax notices; register new territories for taxation. </li><li>Conduct tax related research and support projects that have payroll tax implications. </li><li>Assist in performing daily payroll department operations. </li><li>Support the preparation of payroll data, audits and reporting. </li><li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns. </li><li>Work with multiple international stakeholders and database programs for tax questions and payroll-related integration needs. </li></ul> <p>Hybrid Work Model: We are back to the office in a hybrid work model, with employees working in the office three days per week for this team.</p>
