In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a full-time, hybrid role in our Los Angeles office.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and reconcile tax amounts between the payroll registers and the payroll system (ADP Global View). </li><li>Research and complete employee tax adjustments including W2cs, review of tax exemption applications, and mobility and visa questions. </li><li>Work with federal, state and local tax authorities to resolve and respond to tax notices; register new territories for taxation. </li><li>Conduct tax related research and support projects that have payroll tax implications. </li><li>Assist in performing daily payroll department operations. </li><li>Support the preparation of payroll data, audits and reporting. </li><li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns. </li><li>Work with multiple international stakeholders and database programs for tax questions and payroll-related integration needs. </li></ul> <p>Hybrid Work Model: We are back to the office in a hybrid work model, with employees working in the office three days per week for this team.</p>
