<p>Bridge the Gap: Bilingual Administrative Specialist Opportunity in Huber Heights, OH</p> <p>Are you fluent in English and Japanese and ready to put your language skills to work in a dynamic and growing manufacturing environment? In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring seamless communication and smooth operations between U.S. and Japanese teams while enjoying a collaborative and supportive work environment.</p> <p>Hours & Pay</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</p> <p>Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour, based on experience</p> <p>Employment Type: 90-day temp-to-hire</p> <p>Daily Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide translation and interpretation support (approx. 60% document translation / 40% meeting and conversation interpretation). </li><li>Interpret emails, meetings, phone calls, and occasional customer site visits. </li><li>Assist North American Service operations by facilitating clear communication between U.S. and Japanese staff. </li><li>Update customer inquiries and project logs in Oracle to ensure accurate records. </li><li>Provide administrative support, including monthly metrics reporting, order management, and documentation. </li><li>Assist the Service Administrator with timesheets, work orders, purchase requisitions, and SAP updates. </li><li>Support incoming customer calls as a backup to the Service Administrator. </li><li>Occasionally assist Japanese staff and families with non-work-related language needs (doctor visits, schools, banks, etc.). </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love This Role</p> <p>This position offers more than just a paycheck-it's an opportunity to build a lasting career.
