This position is responsible for assisting the nurse and front office with day-to-day duties.</p> <p>Essential Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Obtain patient vitals and input data into the electronic medical records system </li><li>Perform any necessary CLIA-waive tests </li><li>Clean room after patient use </li><li>Ensure exam rooms are adequately stocked with necessary supplies </li><li>Appropriately process soiled instruments </li><li>Assist front desk with daily operations, as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Education: High School diploma or GED </li><li>Licensure and Certifications: CPR, required. </li><li>Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a previous medical assistant role, preferred. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment: This position will spend 80% of time standing and/or walking while pushing, pulling, lifting, and/or carrying up to 50 pounds.
