<p>Pritchard industries is seeking reliable On-Call janitors to provide custodial support on an as-needed basis. this role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly school environment during staff absences, events, or emergency situations.</p> <p>Key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform general cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces) </li><li>Clean and restock restrooms </li><li>Respond to urgent cleaning needs (spills, leaks, or unsanitary conditions) </li><li>assist with event setup and breakdown (table, chairs, etc.) </li><li>Report maintenance issues and safety concerns </li><li>Ensure doors and assigned areas are properly secured </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to respond on short notice, including evenings and weekends </li><li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail </li><li>Ability to work independently </li><li>Prior custodial experience preferred but will train. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and perform routine custodial tasks.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Part-time (On-Call) </li><li>Pay rate $17.30/hr </li><li>Hours may vary </li><li>Opportunity for growth </li></ul> <p>Pritchard Industries participates in E-Verify.</p> <p>#LI-DNI</p>
