The Box Office provides ticketing services and event information for all Buchanan Center Special Events, Music and Theatre & Dance performances as well as other University/outside entities.</p> <p>Job location: Buchanan Center for Performing Arts</p> <p>Pay rate or range: $11/hr</p> <p>JOB PURPOSE:</p> <p>Provide ticketing and event information in person, over the phone, and online for all Buchanan Center performances. Help support all functions of the Box Office.</p> <p>JFNTMP</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Process ticket orders with the Tix ticketing software </li><li>Answer phone calls for ticket purchases and performance information </li><li>Operate under PCI compliance rules and procedures for credit card transactions </li><li>Count back change under Box Office cash handling procedures </li><li>Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all patrons </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Education:?
