As we continue to push the boundaries of what's possible, we are committed to lead the way in the Next-Gen power solutions.</p> <p>This is a highly visible and strategic role reporting directly to the General Manager of Power BU under ACPG. This role will be responsible for the full P&L of the Power BU's product portfolio while leading and developing a team of globally based Product Line Managers.</p> <p>This role is based in our Valley Green site (Etters, Pennsylvania) and open to remote working in U.S.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Line Managers, setting clear performance objectives and accountability standards Play the role of Business Plan owner for their own products through: Manage entire product life cycle including rationalization, EOL, PCNs, and portfolio optimization. Cost, pricing and margin management - oversee product line KPIs, including P&L responsibility, pricing strategy, and cost-reduction initiatives. Capacity planning management NBO and Incremental track and management Oversee the product forecast and streamline the manufacturing processes, work with planning and supply chain teams to ensure material availability and optimal build plans. Proactively address supply chain shortage, quality improvement, and cost-reduction opportunities. Drive value engineering, cost reduction initiatives, and capacity planning alignment. Lead cost reduction initiatives through design, sourcing, or process changes. Support customers globally. Maximize share at key product lines by coordinating pricing and market strategy with sales and product marketing team. Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering and Quality team to address customer issues, drive service level, and secure the design wins. Initiate AR justification to new product development and product extension by rationalizing investment versus business potentials, risks analysis, optimize the payback. Cooperate with Marketing team to launch the new product, maintain the datasheet, and 2&3D models in the webpage. Support visits, audits, certifications, and compliance documentation as required (Product & App Specs).</p> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business or MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in product management or technical marketing with industry and customer knowledge of Power solutions and market segments (Data Center, Storage, etc.) within electrical or electronic manufacturing Experience in interconnect, cable solutions, or related industry preferred 3+ years of experience managing and developing product management or product line teams 5+ years of experience building relationships with direct customer interface Demonstrated experience owning or managing a product line with financial accountability Strong financial acumen including forecasting, pricing, margin management, and ROI evaluation Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships; strong "selling" skills. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%</p>
