<p>Integrated Services Coordinator Behavioral Health Services Salary Pay Range: $54,579.20 - $82,368</p> <p>Closing Date: 12/14/2025 or upon receipt of the first 50 applications</p> <p>Job Summary: The Integrated Services Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing a designated portion of the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) and Community Access to Recovery Services (CARS) provider network. Key responsibilities include quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and providing training and support to providers. In addition, this position will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and expansion of the evidence-based practice of Individual Placement and Support (IPS).</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <p>Work closely with contracted vocational agencies. Communicate with personnel to ensure adherence to expectations, serve as the primary point of contact, and facilitate operational meetings to support coordination and effective service delivery. Ensure quality assurance across the provider network. Monitor service delivery for adherence to established standards, conduct reviews to assess program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct program evaluations and fidelity reviews with each vocational agency. Address compliance concerns, implement corrective actions when necessary, and promote best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services. Provide training and support to all contracted providers with a focus on the principles of Individual Placement and Support (IPS). Develop and deliver initial training and address ongoing training needs to ensure providers have the skills needed. Develop and maintain strong relationships that support the success of employment services. Foster collaboration with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, the Wisconsin Division of Care and Treatment Services, and the IPS International Learning Community. Perform all other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <p>Current resident of Wisconsin. Possession of a valid Wisconsin Driver's License, able to be maintained throughout employment. Possession of a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Vocational Rehabilitation, Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services. At least three (3) years of experience in Vocational Rehabilitation, Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services. Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time in this role.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>Possession of a Master's Degree or higher in Vocational Rehabilitation, Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services. Knowledge of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model.</p> <p>NOTE: This ORIGINAL APPLICATION is open to qualified residents of the State of Wisconsin at the time of application.
