Our team of 11,000+ colleagues from around the globe are vital to our success and the reason we're able to push boundaries in pursuit of better human health.</p> <p>Find your future at Revvity.</p> <p>Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):</p> <p>Financial Performance Management</p> <ul> <li>Manage the Service revenue and associated profitability targets according to the annual operating plan (AOP). </li><li>Own pricing and delivery strategies for service contracts and billable work. </li></ul> <p>Customer relations</p> <ul> <li>Set the example of strengthening the relationships and partnerships with customers. </li><li>Invest significant time in directly meeting with customers, assessing customer satisfaction and needs, and translating those inputs into product and service offerings and solutions. </li></ul> <p>Sales & Service Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Work with the commercial leadership team to initiate timely solutions for customer issues. </li><li>Promote teamwork within the service and sales organization to maximize opportunities for the growth of Revvity. </li></ul> <p>Operational Metrics & Policy Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve customer satisfaction and ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance. </li><li>Ensure adherence to organizational policies and documentation standards. </li><li>Foster a data-driven culture through operational feedback loops and effective policy implementation. </li><li>Identify and address service delivery gaps using Salesforce reports in collaboration with regional service managers. </li></ul> <p>People & Culture</p> <ul> <li>Mentor and coach team members to strengthen leadership capabilities and financial acumen. </li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide actionable feedback. </li><li>Build a strong talent pipeline by developing "Ready Now" individuals for critical leadership roles. </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary liaison for addressing service delivery challenges across departments. </li><li>Prepare high-level service reports for internal quality and compliance teams. </li><li>Collaborate with data analytics to develop actionable reporting tools that support operational and financial goals. </li><li>Partner with technical support and factory teams to ensure successful deployment of new product introductions (NPIs). </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree. </li><li>Ten years of leadership experience in field sales and/or service management. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in full Microsoft Office Software and Tools. </li><li>Ability to interpret financial reporting and advanced analytics. </li><li>Familiarity with SAP, Power PI </li><li>Strategic hiring / interviewing skills </li><li>Project Management Skills </li><li>Presentation Skills </li><li>Ability and willingness to travel of up to 50% as necessary </li></ul> <p>#LI-CH1</p> <p>What do we offer?</p> <p>We provide competitive and comprehensive benefits to our employees.
