We are proud to be a trusted advisor to central banks, Fortune 500 organizations, and national governments worldwide.</p> <p>The Opportunity</p> <p>LRQA Cyber is experiencing significant growth across the US, driven by increasing demand from enterprise clients-particularly within the Financial Services Industry (FSI). To support this momentum, we are seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead strategic sales efforts, accelerate revenue growth, and build long-term client partnerships within this critical vertical.</p> <p>This is a high-impact role for an experienced cybersecurity sales professional who excels in consultative, enterprise-level engagements and understands the regulatory, operational, and risk challenges faced by financial institutions. You will play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy for FSI, leveraging your industry expertise and network to uncover opportunities and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions.</p> <p>You will work closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client journey-from initial engagement through handover and execution. The role offers significant autonomy, senior-level visibility, and the opportunity to directly influence the direction of LRQA Cyber's US growth strategy.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>As a Senior Account Executive, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Drive strategic sales initiatives within the Financial Services Industry (FSI), identifying and converting high-value enterprise opportunities </li><li>Build, manage, and execute a robust sales pipeline aligned to ambitious growth targets </li><li>Develop and own strategic account plans for key clients, ensuring sustained growth and long-term client satisfaction </li><li>Engage and influence C-level and senior stakeholders, positioning LRQA as a trusted cybersecurity advisor </li><li>Collaborate with leadership to shape and execute FSI-specific go-to-market strategies </li><li>Partner closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution design, execution, and client outcomes </li><li>Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices and strengthening consultative selling capabilities </li><li>Represent LRQA at industry events, conferences, and client forums to enhance brand presence and thought leadership </li><li>Deliver accurate forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership </li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and methodologies </li><li>Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across the sales organization </li></ul> <p>Required Experience & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 8 year´s enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity services, with a proven track record in complex, consultative sales cycles </li><li>Deep knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, including regulatory frameworks, risk management priorities, and digital transformation trends </li><li>Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic account plans for large, high-value clients </li><li>Experience mentoring and coaching sales professionals in a high-performance environment </li><li>Established network within financial institutions and enterprise organizations </li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior and executive stakeholders </li><li>Strong CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management </li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and marketing teams </li><li>Strategic, proactive, and results-driven mindset with a passion for cybersecurity </li><li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a high degree of autonomy </li></ul> <p>The anticipated salary range for individuals based in New York State for this position is $120,000-$140,000, depending on qualifications, experience, geography, and industry knowledge</p> <p>This position is eligible to participate in an annual performance bonus plan, based on the achievement of defined company and individual performance goals.</p> <p>Example for sales roles, covered by Global Sales Incentive Scheme:</p> <p>This position is eligible for commission-based compensation, with commissions earned based on individual sales performance against defined targets.</p> <p>PreEmployment Checks</p> <p>If you are successful in securing a role with us, we will carry out preemployment checks in accordance with what is permitted under local law.</p> <p>These checks may include, where legally allowed: right to work, identification, verification of employment history, education, and criminal record checks.</p> <p>We will engage our thirdparty background screening provider, Cfirst to conduct these checks on our behalf.
