Works closely with the technology delivery team to translate these business requirements into technical/functional specifications, build testing scenarios and assist business user through user acceptance.</p> <p>Job Functions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manages software deployment processes including planning, coordinating and managing software deployment tasks which requires weekend and evening availability</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps and product teams to align release schedules and deployment windows</p> </li><li> <p>Create and manage deployment plans, checklists, and rollback strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate go/no-go meetings and maintain clear communication among stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Supports the development team in troubleshooting and resolving questions/issues during the development lifecycle</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with system integrations and provides recommendations for improvement based on business needs</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in and leads project meetings to provide updates, gather feedback and track progress</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements and objectives in the Manufacturing space</p> </li><li> <p>Translates business requirements into technical specifications/user stories for the development team</p> </li><li> <p>Performs testing and validation of technical solutions to ensure they meet business needs</p> </li><li> <p>Documents and maintains deployment procedures, project requirements, process flows and technical documentation</p> </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelors Degree in Business, IT or related field</p> </li><li> <p>2 years experience as a business analyst OR</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma and 6 years' of experience as a business analyst</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, Finance or Related Field</p> </li><li> <p>2 years experience in business analysis or software development/support</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent Written and verbal Communication</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving ability</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Jira, database queries (SQL), ServiceNow and Agile development processes</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>The compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.
