Our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) programs offer person-centered care in residential settings that promote independence, dignity, and community integration.</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Time Off - Up to 4 weeks combined vacation, personal and cultural holiday </li><li>12 paid holidays </li><li>Up to 2 weeks Sick Time </li><li>Highly Specialized Paid Trainings including opportunity to earn CEUs </li><li>Health and Dental Insurance </li><li>Life, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance </li><li>403B plan with discretionary match </li><li>Wellness Activities </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Career Development Opportunities </li></ul> <p>Benefits vary based on position and scheduled hours.</p> <p>Why BAMSI?</p> <ul> <li>Leadership Opportunity: Step into a supervisory role supporting staff and persons served in a dynamic residential setting. </li><li>Hands-On Impact: Deliver direct care and support services that foster independence and personal growth. </li><li>Collaborative Culture: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team committed to compassionate, strengths-based care. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Provide direct care and support to persons served, promoting independence and dignity </li><li>Deliver interventions from Treatment Plans with guidance from licensed clinicians </li><li>Teach daily living skills including personal care, household tasks, and medication management </li><li>Administer and supervise medications per MAP guidelines </li><li>Facilitate community integration through group and individual activities </li><li>Assist with case management and implementation of Individualized Action Plans (IAPs) </li><li>Maintain documentation including service notes, medication records, and incident reports </li><li>Support program operations including menu planning, van maintenance, and safety drills </li><li>Supervise staff in the absence of the Program Manager </li><li>Ensure compliance with agency policies and funder regulations </li><li>Attend meetings and trainings as required </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Education/Experience: </li><li>Bachelor's or Associate degree in human services plus experience with disabled populations, or </li><li>Four years of experience with disabled populations, including two years with mental illness </li><li>Skills: </li><li>Effective communication and documentation </li><li>Strong leadership and critical thinking </li><li>Basic computer literacy </li><li>Requirements: </li><li>Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record </li><li>Ability to lift, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks </li><li>Ability to speak and write English clearly </li><li>Preference for candidates with lived experience and fluency in languages common in Southeastern MA </li></ul> <p>Tue-Sat 10a-6p</p> <p>40</p>
