<p>Pony Bird Employment Services is seeking to hire a Job Support Professional, full-time or part time!. We are a Not-For-Profit agency in Jefferson County that provides employment supports to individuals with disabilities. The Job Support Professional provides supports to individuals with disabilities at their places of employment in the Jefferson County area. The Job Support Professional will assist in training, communicate with employers, and reinforce supports for individual to become independent at their job.</p> <p>Pony Bird was voted Best Non-Profit in Jefferson County for 2025 - come join our TEAM!</p> <p>We are looking for dedicated individuals who are looking to make a difference in the lives of others!</p> <p>STARTING PAY OF $18.50/HR to $21.50/HR</p> <p>PAID TRAINING</p> <p>GREAT BENEFITS</p> <p>Schedule: Both Full Time and Part Time hours available. Varies weekly due to being scheduled based on clients' work schedules.
