<p>McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for CMA/LPN/RN for its Adult Medicine department in Ames. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.</p> <p>Responsibilities include: Patient interaction in-person, on my chart and on the phones, rooming patients, vitals, medication refills, medication prior authorizations.</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Graduate from an accredited program for Medical Assistants </li><li>Graduate of accredited school of nursing </li></ul> <p>Certification/License</p> <ul> <li>Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or certification as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from American Medical Technologists (AMT), NAHP, NCCT, NHA </li><li>Possession of current State Licensed Practical Nurse license </li><li>Possession of a current State Registered Nurse license. </li><li>Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers. </li></ul> <p>Days: Monday - Friday with 1/2 day out</p> <p>Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</p> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Clinic experience preferred. </li><li>EMR experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>McFarland Clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
