<p>McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for NCS/EMG Tech for its Ames location. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.</p> <p>Responsibilities include: Perform electrodiagnostic procedures in Clinic or Hospital. This will include operating electromyography equipment to assist physicians in conducting electrophysiological tests such as nerve conduction studies (NCS), muscle strength, & repetitive stimulation. Performs NCSs independently in routine settings. Explains the NCS test procedure to the patient. Scheduling patients for testing, etc.</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma, GED or HiSET. </li><li>BS or BA in Kinesiology or Biology </li></ul> <p>Days: Two full days & 2 half days</p> <p>Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</p> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Prefer one year work experience doing EMG Possess strong computer skills.
