We Stand For Service is more than part of our name, it's our mission and our purpose.</p> <p>The Salesforce Application Administrator I will be part of a team that supports the ongoing development of our Salesforce organization, playing a key role in the administration, configuration and maintenance. The incumbent will implement and maintain Salesforce solutions that balance the business needs with technical requirements ensuring end-user satisfaction and ease of integration with other enterprise systems. This position engages all key stakeholders to develop and execute scalable processes for future growth.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Administer and provide ongoing training on the organization's Salesforce platform. </li><li>Manage and optimize Salesforce applications, including identifying, diagnosing, and resolving end-user problems in a timely and courteous manner. </li><li>Provide support to the Salesforce user base, encompassing configuration fixes, enhancements, system maintenance, and updates. </li><li>Support the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems or applications, collaborating with teams to develop or maintain processes to continuously improve data quality, processing integrity, and productivity. </li><li>Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity issues within Salesforce. </li><li>Create, update, and manage Salesforce Support Cases, including researching available documentation, clearly defining issues, and actively working with Salesforce support to resolve cases. </li><li>Partner with Senior Salesforce Administrators, BSA's and Product Owner to drive solutions while collaborating with multiple teams and business units. </li><li>Set up and/or update user records in Salesforce for new and existing users, which includes but is not limited to their profile, permission sets, roles, license management, and cost tracking. </li><li>Design and develop Salesforce UI/configuration based on business requirements and enhance the system accordingly. </li><li>Support with administrator testing and user training. </li><li>Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and participate in cybersecurity initiatives related to Salesforce. </li><li>Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): assignment rules, approval processes, fields, profiles and permissions, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom metadata types, dashboards, and reports. </li></ul> <p>WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in MIS or Information Technology related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce Administration experience in an Enterprise-level environment. </li><li>Salesforce Administrator certification highly preferred. </li><li>Experience with Sales and Service Cloud highly preferred. Financial Services Cloud experience is a plus. </li><li>Must be familiar with Agile/SCRUM framework, creating user stories, requirement specifications, defects, training documentation, user manuals, and commits. </li><li>Must be familiar with performing bulk data loads using Data Loader and/or other approved data load tools. </li><li>Must have strong skills using Windows and Microsoft software products. </li><li>Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. </li><li>Must have a solution mindset and desire to learn and upskill. </li><li>Must be able to thrive in a hands-on, focused, productive, and team-oriented environment. </li><li>Familiarity with Dev Ops processes is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>$62,918.00 - $103,365.50</p> <p>Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.</p> <p>In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
