You will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead Research Initiatives: Provide scientific and technical expertise in immunology and lead the biology research strategy and execution, including defining new research directions, target selection, and evaluating in-licensing opportunities. </li><li>Collaborate Across Teams: Align and motivate cross-functional teams to prioritize and progress discovery-stage compounds from target ID through IND submission. Collaborate closely with senior management and scientific teams. </li><li>Provide technical expertise: Leverage a strong understanding of biological assays, in vitro/in vivo pharmacology, and emerging targets in immunology to guide cross-functional teams on data-driven decisions throughout the research pipeline. </li><li>Innovate and manage teams and collaborators: Drive innovation, lead internal development and foster a high-performing, creative, and collaborative scientific environment to establish a world-class R&D team.
