The Executive Director partners with school administrators, educators, families, and community agencies to drive systemic</p> <p>improvements and enhance student outcomes.</p> <p>Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Special Education.</p> <p>Master's degree in Education Administration.</p> <p>Valid Ohio Teaching License with an Endorsement in Special Education.</p> <p>Valid Ohio Administrative License.</p> <p>Minimum 7 years' experience teaching special education.</p> <p>3-5 years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role.</p> <p>Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and comprehensive special services strategies.</p> <p>Experience managing multi-site operations and collaborating with external agencies is preferred.</p> <p>Valid driver's license.</p> <p>Working Conditions: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week and 260 days per year based on a school year calendar, 1 FTE.</p> <p>View the attachment for any special requirements and job description.</p> <p>Application Procedure: Applicants should submit an online application through the Lakota Local School District's Frontline Recruiting & Hiring system.
